Pizzeria Orso, Falls Church's upcoming pizzeria with a pedigree, is aiming for an early June opening at 400 South Maple St.
The restaurant comes from the team behind 2941, and will be run by Edan and Thea MacQuaid, a husband and wife team. Edan MacQuaid isn't exactly lacking in pizza experience, having cooked at 2Amys, Pizzeria Paradiso and Red Rocks.
