First it was Star. Then it was Stir. Now, restaurant veteran Dan Mesches has confirmed he has parted ways with Stir Food Group (of Zola and Potenza fame) and will relaunch his old company, Star Restaurant Group LLC.
"We've had a great run together. But, as in any business, relationships evolve and change over time, and hospitality is no different," Mesches said in a statement. "This affords me the flexibility to pursue pending projects that would not have been possible otherwise."
